Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to love what you ordered, and we're here to help if something isn't right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags or seals intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply reach out to us at boundless1stationery@gmail.com and we'll walk you through the process. Our return address will be provided to you once your return request has been approved. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at boundless1stationery@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised stationery (such as name-printed planners/journlas or bespoke orders)
- Opened or used ink-based products (such as markers, pens, or ink refills)
- Digital downloads
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved. If you need help figuring out what to order instead, we're always happy to point you in the right direction.
European Union Orders
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank to post the transaction.
