Hi, I'm back.
And yes, I know. It's been a while.
I'm not going to pretend I just went on a little break and came back refreshed with a green juice in hand. That's not what happened. And honestly, I don't even like green juice. Never have. The whole thing looks like a punishment.
The truth is, running a small brand is a lot. And at some point last year, I hit a wall. Not dramatically, not all at once. Just slowly, quietly, the kind of tired that sneaks up on you until one day you realise you haven't felt excited about anything in weeks.
So I stepped back.
But here's the part I don't want to gloss over. When I disappeared, it wasn't just burnout. Things weren't running the way they should have been. Pricing that didn't quite make sense, operations that were more "figure it out as we go" than "this is a system," a backend that was held together with hope and good intentions.
Cute? Not particularly.
Fixable? Very much yes.
I took the time away to actually sort it out. Properly. Not the "okay I think this works" version but the version where things are thought through, priced right, and built to actually last. It wasn't glamorous work. There were spreadsheets. Many spreadsheets. But it needed to happen.
I also needed time to think about what Boundless actually was, what I wanted it to be, and whether I still believed in it.
The answer was yes. Loudly, clearly, yes.
So here's where we are now.
The shop is back, properly stocked, with products I'm genuinely proud of. The Boundless! Pre-made Bullet Journal is here and if you know me, you know how long this one has been living in my head. The Little Drops Planner got a proper upgrade. The bundles are back. And there's more coming.
I'm also going to be writing here more often. Not in a corporate "brand blog" way. More like this, just talking, sharing what's on my mind, what's happening behind the scenes, what I'm learning.
